Snow Day!

It's snowing! Way down here near the Gulf of Mexico that's pretty rare, and I'm excited! I just hope there is a little accumulation for when the boys get out of school... I wish we had our tree up, and I wish I was playing some festive Christmas music and wrapping up gifts and baking yummy things, but instead I'm buckled down in front of the computer trudging through my edits... But the view out the window is so pretty!

I was in Louisiana/Texas last year and a very light snow fell and workers were running out of their offices like kids. So, I know it's special in that neck of the woods. Enjoy!

Trudging through your edits? Good girl!

Having edits to trudge through is a good thing!

Take a picture of it before it melts! Snow is exciting on the very rare occasions we see it here in So. Calif., too. It's been about 20 years, I think.

I lived in Navarre Beach, Fl. for two years. Since most of my adult life was spent in states with all four seasons, I really missed them.

There is something so magical about snow, especially around the holidays. I'm glad you've experienced the feeling of looking out the window and seeing a winter wonderland. Happy editing.

Alas...it didn't stick. It was snowing when the boys came home though, so they spent an hour outside amid the flakes.

Oh, and Stacy, I'm not complaining. Not at all! :)
