LOVE this...
Sesame Street turns 40!!!
Sesame Street was very big in the lives of my kids (and mine too, way back). I can still freehand an Elmo, Cookie Monster, or Big Bird head on demand. And when I look at my family, I'm still singin' 'One of these things is not like the others...'
Soooo many things to love.

Dang! And I turn forty soon. I'm not sure I've aged as well as the gang on S. Street.
I know what you mean, David... I'm in the same boat.
I saw this logo today and wondered if maybe Google should have an option to always have Sesame Street themes. Yesterday was Big Bird and today is Bert and Ernie so maybe it's an entire week?
So true!! A classic. :)
Yay! I love Sesame Street! Although I was watching it recently with a friend's kid. They changed the opening credits!
Different version of song! No more playing hide and seek from Barkley! The trauma was severe, I tell you.
Oscar is still and always has been my favorite character on S. Street.
