Thirteen Things I Wish I Could Do...

1. Play tennis
2. Play the piano
3. Read music
4. Ballroom dance
5. Write a tight 1st draft
6. Understand a simple sewing pattern
7. Talk to strangers (comfortably)
8. Design something...anything.
9. Appreciate low-calorie desserts
10. Travel (more often, more places)
11. Public-speaking
12. Split my time between a summer house and a winter house
13. Understand what makes people behave the way they do

Get the Thursday Thirteen code here!

The purpose of the meme is to get to know everyone who participates a little bit better every Thursday. Visiting fellow Thirteeners is encouraged! If you participate, leave the link to your Thirteen in others comments. It’s easy, and fun! Be sure to update your Thirteen with links that are left for you, as well! I will link to everyone who participates and leaves a link to their 13 things. Trackbacks, pings, comment links accepted!

I wish I could play the piano or sing. (Good lord, I can't sing.)

But I love to speak in public. Stick me up on a stage with a topic I know and love, and I'm good to go. :-) Weird, I know. But it comes from years of doing sales presentations and training.

Too funny - from the picture on the top of the page, I thought for sure one of your things would be "milk a cow"!

But I can see where ballroom dancing might be more fun...

Chey would love to play the piano, but as a cat, that's hard. She'd also like to be able to vote.

I completely wish I could play the piano! I played flute and french horn in band, so for some reason I'm only wired to play one note at a time.

I'm with you on #12 for sure, and ... good luck with #13!

I'd love to split my time between houses, too! I hate the winter and so one house would have to be somewhere temperate, like oh, Tuscany!

But I hate really really hot summers too so I need someplace with trade winds, like oh, the Bajamas!
